Psychologist Otto Laske, a former student of Robert Kegan at Harvard, applies the theory of adult development to both coaches and their clients. Laske believes that the quality of coaching is bounded by the stage of a coach’s development. This work, lays out the foundation and provides some application of Laske’s thinking on the topic. It is said to be the first of three volumes.
